MSW, M. Ed Psych

With over 35 years of clinical experience and dual Master’s degrees, I offer a focused, compassionate, and practical approach to therapy. I work with individuals, particularly men navigating life transitions, helping them move from feeling stuck toward greater clarity, direction, and momentum. My approach is structured and goal-oriented, allowing concerns to be addressed efficiently while strengthening confidence and overall well-being.

Based in Calgary, I provide secure virtual and in-person sessions for clients across Alberta. I am also a registered provider for Indigenous Services (NIHB). Whether you prefer the convenience of remote support or meeting in a professional office setting, I am here to help you move forward with purpose and confidence.
